A significant milestone has been achieved in the foundation work at 300 Biscayne Boulevard, the future site of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences. This towering 100-story structure, a collaboration between Sieger Suarez Architects and Carlos Ott, is set to reshape the skyline of downtown Miami. Spearheaded by Property Markets Group, Greybrook Realty Partners, Mohari Hospitality, S2 Development, and Hilton, this ambitious project will soar to a height of 1,049 feet, making it the tallest building in Miami and encompassing a vast 1,738,999 square feet.

The project entails a diverse array of spaces, comprising 1,067,777 square feet designated for residential use, 431,776 square feet allocated for hotel amenities, 13,244 square feet earmarked for retail and dining establishments, along with 6,171 square feet for office purposes. Additionally, it encompasses 212,803 square feet of parking spread across 11 stories. Construction oversight is managed by John Moriarty & Associates.

Recent images captured by Andres Baquerizo at Keller, the contractor overseeing site work and foundation efforts, highlight remarkable advancements, notably the extensive soil mixing and the installation of Augercast/CFA piles reaching an impressive depth of 190 feet, setting a new record for the tower's foundation. The upcoming phases will entail the formation of pile caps to ensure even load distribution, followed by the pouring of a substantial mat foundation, marking a crucial step toward vertical construction. Notably, the Miami Building Department granted a Full Vertical permit in January, with construction slated for completion in 2027.

Within its distinctive superstructure of nine glass offset cubes, the Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences boasts a total of 360 private residences alongside 205 guestrooms and suites. The initial trio of cubes is dedicated to the hotel, presenting an array of signature spaces and amenities for both guests and residents. These offerings include the iconic Peacock Alley of the Waldorf Astoria, a specialty restaurant, indoor and outdoor event venues, meeting facilities, a resort-style pool deck featuring private cabanas, and a comprehensive holistic wellness spa and fitness center.

Residents of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences enjoy a wealth of exclusive amenities tailored to elevate their living experience. These include a dedicated private lobby and lounge area, as well as a hospitality suite perfect for hosting culinary events and gatherings. Additionally, residents have access to a billiard room, a children's club for family-friendly activities, and their own private pool deck.

Each residence is outfitted with state-of-the-art smart home technology, offering unparalleled convenience and control.
