The First and Fifth Tower in Downtown Miami is set to appear before Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) today.
The plans, originally submitted in November, were withdrawn but are now being resubmitted for review.
First and Fifth is designed to rise 45 stories, reaching a height of 517 feet, and will feature:
- 526 residential units
- 6,638 square feet of commercial space
- 161 parking spaces
The project’s architect is ODP, while Oak Row Equities is leading development efforts.
