Bloomberg reports that the planned penthouse at the new condo tower adjacent to Raleigh in South Beach has the potential to become the most expensive residential property in Miami's history.
Developer Michael Shvo has announced that the 13,000 square foot penthouse is priced at over $150 million.
Peter Marino is the designer behind the new building.
The 13-story tower is set to comprise a total of 40 condos, with prices starting at $10 million.
The property will be managed by Rosewood Hotel and Residences.
