The latest photos captured by Phillip Pessar reveal that the demolition of an office building is still underway at the site earmarked for the One Brickell City Centre near-supertall project.
Around two weeks ago, the partially demolished building was observed to be covered in graffiti, according to recent reports.
The total demolition permit for the building is currently active. It had been temporarily suspended following an incident in September
A second demolition permit for another office building is still in process and has not yet been approved.
The upcoming 59-story tower is slated to encompass 1,136,718 square feet of habitable office space.
Additionally, the project will include a new parking garage and a Metromover entrance.
The top-off height for One Brickell City Centre is planned to reach 977 feet, positioning it just below the threshold for supertall status.
