An application for a site work permit was submitted for the St. Regis Residences tower in Brickell, designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects.
The St. Regis Tower is proposed to soar to 52 stories upon completion.
Coastal Construction has been listed as the contractor for the site work permit filed on March 5.
In January, a phased permit for full vertical construction of the new tower was applied for, with Coastal Construction listed as the contractor. Additionally, a master permit for the new tower was applied for in August, also with Coastal as the contractor.
On February 5, a total demolition permit was issued, with BG Group listed as the demolition contractor. Additionally, a permit for temporary toilets was attached to the demolition permit and issued on February 28.
According to a filing with DERM, the demolition schedule is slated to commence on February 7 and continue through July 31, employing a wet method of demolition.
The St. Regis Residences is designed to feature 152 residential condo units. The tower's permanent height is planned at 630 feet above ground, or 639 feet above sea level.
