New photos reveal significant progress at Domus Brickell Park, where glass installation is well underway. The 12-story development, which topped off earlier this year, will feature 171 fully furnished, short-term rental–friendly units.
Developed by North Development, the project remains on schedule to receive its temporary certificate of occupancy by the end of 2025, with both hotel and residential components expected to open in Q1 2026.
