This exclusive 17-story oceanfront development, located at 3611 Collins Avenue, marks the brand’s expansion beyond New York and Milan.
Casa Cipriani Miami will feature 40 opulent hotel suites, 23 meticulously designed private residences, and a members-only club catering to a select clientele seeking unparalleled luxury and exclusivity. This venture represents a significant entry into South Florida’s elite real estate and hospitality market, reinforcing Casa Cipriani’s growing international presence following its successful establishments in New York and Milan.
The project is a collaboration between Miami-based 13th Floor Investments, New York’s Midtown Equities, and the legendary Cipriani family, whose legacy began with the iconic Harry’s Bar in Venice, founded in 1931 by Giuseppe Cipriani. Architect Brandon Haw has envisioned a modern take on Miami Beach’s classic Art Deco style, ensuring a striking architectural addition to the city’s renowned skyline.
The residences are expected to rank among Miami Beach’s most exclusive, with entry prices starting at approximately $25 million. Sales are set to launch later this year, with groundbreaking to follow soon after.
