First Construction Crane Installed at Villa Miami Residences, Edgewater’s Ultra-Luxury Tower.
Villa Miami Residences, the highly anticipated 56-story, copper-clad tower in Edgewater, has reached a major construction milestone with the installation of its first crane.
Rising to 650 feet, Villa is set to become a standout on Miami’s skyline, offering an exclusive collection of just 70 ultra-luxury condominium residences. The tower will feature The Copper Club—a three-story private amenity space—as well as a rooftop helipad and a signature waterfront restaurant.
Groundbreaking for the project took place in December, signaling the start of what promises to be one of Miami’s most distinctive residential developments.
