Construction has officially begun on the 57-story Edge House tower in Edgewater. Developer Grupo T&C marked the milestone with a groundbreaking ceremony on March 27. Designed by Miami architect Kobi Karp and featuring interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, the project will offer 608 fully finished and furnished residential condo units.
Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Brokerage for the Florida Region and President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, stated, “Edge House’s unique offering is driven by strong market demand, reflecting the increasing desire for turnkey residences.” The units range from 410 to 1,242 square feet, with prices starting in the $500,000s.
