Aria Reserve Lights Up Miami Skyline with New Color-Changing Façade
Edgewater’s skyline has a bold new addition with the recent debut of a dynamic lighting system at the 62-story Aria Reserve south tower. The s-shaped, color-changing lights now illuminate both the eastern and western façades, further defining the tower’s striking architectural presence.
Aria Reserve is set to become the tallest waterfront dual residential tower development in the United States, featuring two matching 62-story towers rising 649 feet. Together, the towers will bring approximately 743 luxury condominium residences to Miami’s bayfront.
The south tower topped off in 2023, while construction on the north tower is now halfway complete. The north tower is slated for completion in 2025, with final delivery of the south tower expected in Q1 2026.
The project is being developed by Melo Group, with architecture by Arquitectonica, continuing the firm’s legacy of transforming the Miami skyline with bold, contemporary design.
