Proposed Expansion of Braman Miami Campus to Include Towers, Park, and New Automotive Facility
Miami’s Urban Development Review Board is set to consider a proposed expansion of the Braman Miami Campus at a hearing scheduled for April 23.
The plans include an 11-story automotive building with integrated sales and service functions. A pedestrian-friendly woonerf and a new public park are also proposed as part of the initiative to enhance the area’s walkability and public space.
Additionally, the campus’s existing gas station would be “reimagined” with updated design elements. Future phases of the expansion feature two 60-story towers. According to zoning documents, one tower would contain 624 residential units, while the other would offer 550 units. Proposed amenities include basketball and pickleball courts.
Arquitectonica and Wolfberg Alvarez are listed as the architectural firms behind the project.
