Utilities Agreement Updated for 42-Story Edgewater Tower
A revised utilities agreement has been completed for a 42-story tower in Edgewater, Miami. Initially recorded in December, the original agreement outlined the county’s role in providing water and sewer services for the tower, which will include:
- 544 apartments
- 7,419 square feet of retail space
- 7,419 square feet of full-service restaurant
In addition to the residential and commercial components, the tower, rising to 444 feet, will feature a 628-space parking garage.
Last week, an addendum was filed with Miami-Dade County, updating the utilities connection location for the project. Construction permitting is still underway with Miami’s Building Department, and a tree permit was approved in February.
The Coastal Construction team is handling the permitting process, while ODP serves as the project’s architect, and LCOR is the developer.
