The 33-story Crosby Miami Worldcenter has officially topped off, as announced by Beauchamp Construction Co., the project's contractor. A celebration to mark this milestone took place on July 19. The tower's groundbreaking occurred in January 2023.
The Crosby will stand at a permanent height of 390 feet and will feature:
- 450 condo units (permitting short-term rentals)
- Over 22,000 square feet of amenities
- A rooftop bar and restaurant
- 3,370 square feet of retail space
All units in the tower have already been sold. While no new parking garage is being constructed, residents will have access to parking facilities elsewhere within the Worldcenter complex.
