The first tower at Oasis Hallandale is now going vertical and has had its first glass installed. The 25-story west tower is currently 75% sold and is on track for completion in 2025, according to the developers. Construction has reached the 14th level, with topping off expected in November.
The west tower will feature 250 residences. Eventually, the development will include two towers with a total of 500 residential units, extensive amenities, and 95,000 square feet of commercial frontage space. The project is designed by Arquitectonica.
