The foundation pour for the E11EVEN Residences Beyond tower in Park West was completed over the weekend, according to a post on the developer’s social media.
The pour involved 760 concrete trucks delivering 6,800 cubic yards of concrete. This tower is the second E11EVEN building to start construction on the same block. Both towers are planned to reach a height of 699 feet above ground (709 feet above sea level) and will be linked by a skybridge.
The E11EVEN Residences Beyond tower will feature:
- 558 residential units
- 7,119 square feet of bar, cocktail lounge, and nightclub space
- 21,611 square feet of retail space
