The developers of Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove have secured a deal to connect the new tower to Miami-Dade’s water and sewer system. A construction permit for the 20-story tower was applied for in December and is currently under review. This will be the first standalone Four Seasons residences in Florida.
In April, developers CMC Group and Fort Partners launched sales for the 70 planned residential units, with buyers moving directly to contract instead of the reservation stage. The condos will feature two- to four-bedroom units, spanning up to 3,980 square feet. Additionally, four penthouse residences will range from nearly 6,430 to 9,690 square feet, each with private elevators and 11-foot ceilings.
Florentine designer Michele Bönan is overseeing the interior design, while Miami’s Luis Revuelta serves as the architect.
