Construction workers at the Okan Tower site are warming up and stretching before their shifts, “like athletes,” according to a recent social media post by contractor Jacob Companies. This week’s photos show the team actively pouring walls and columns and preparing slabs.
Okan Tower is set to rise to a height of 70 stories, or 902 feet, making it one of the tallest buildings in Miami. The development will feature 163 residential units, 236 short-term rental residences managed by Hilton, a 316-key Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel, and 64,000 square feet of Class A office space.
