Plat documents for the Trinity Cathedral site were resubmitted this morning. The updated plat survey indicates plans for a new development featuring 462 residential units and 14,000 square feet of space for the church. It’s unclear why the plat is being resubmitted, though a note mentions that corrections are being made.
A 42-story tower is currently moving through the approval process for the property. County records show that the new L-shaped, 450-foot building is undergoing a site plan and zoning review. The development will also include a total of 552 parking spaces. Key International is partnering with the Diocese of Southeast Florida on this project.
