A stormwater permit application has been submitted to Miami-Dade County for the 61-story Brickell Gateway construction site. The application, filed in July, lists a manager from Atlantic Pacific Companies as the contact.
A construction permit application for the new tower was submitted to Miami-Dade in December and is still under review. Brickell Gateway is set to feature 504 apartments, 18,287 square feet of retail space, and a garage with 344 parking spaces. The tower is planned to reach 761 feet above ground, or 772 feet above sea level.
The project is being developed by Atlantic Pacific and Gazit Horizons, with Corwil serving as the architect.
