Brickell City Centre’s shopping mall remains fully occupied, as confirmed in a quarterly release by owner Swire Properties. According to Swire’s second-quarter earnings report, released to investors on August 2, the retail space was 100% occupied as of June 30, consistent with its occupancy on December 31, 2023. This figure includes spaces allocated to prospective tenants who have signed letters of intent.
Some of the new tenants currently building out their spaces include H&M, Mango, Anthropologie, Free People Movement, Nespresso, and Joe & The Juice, while Zara is expanding its presence.
The report also noted that retail sales for the first six months of 2024 were up 4% compared to the same period in 2023. Swire co-owns the shopping center with Simon Property Group and Whitman Family Development.
