Developers have secured construction financing and officially broken ground on Aventana, a 16-story apartment complex located just steps from the Brightline Aventura station, the South Florida Business Journal reports.
The Brightline Aventura station is also set to become part of the planned Northeast Corridor commuter rail line, which will connect Fort Lauderdale to Miami and eventually extend to West Palm Beach.
Miami-Dade County records show Aventana received final site plan approval earlier this year. According to approved plans, the project will feature:
· 334 apartments
· 3,821 square feet of retail space
· 426 parking spaces (including four on-street spots), with garage parking spanning levels 1–4
Ram Realty Advisors and Pinnacle are co-developing the project, with Baker Barrios serving as the architect.
