The master construction permit for a 42-story apartment tower planned in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood has advanced to its sixth cycle of review.
The 444-foot development, proposed by LCOR at 1775 Biscayne Boulevard, first entered review in December 2023 following a September 2023 UDRB submission. Building Department records show the permit was reactivated on August 5, allowing the review process to continue.
According to filings and an April utilities agreement, plans for the tower call for:
- 544 residential units
- 7,419 square feet of retail space
- 7,419 square feet of full-service restaurant space
- 628 parking spaces within a garage
