August 2025 | PMG Announces Sellout of One Twenty Brickell Residences

National developer PMG today announced the sellout of One Twenty Brickell Residences, a 37-story luxury condominium tower set to rise in the heart of Miami’s Brickell district. The sellout was led by PMG Residential, the company’s in-house brokerage.

This milestone follows the recent closing of $413 million in construction financing for both the condominium tower and the multifamily tower it will share a podium with, secured through an Ares Real Estate fund (“Ares”) and Monarch Alternative Capital. The project is scheduled for completion in 2028.

One Twenty Brickell Residences is the first residential tower in Miami to feature deeded office suites for condo buyers. Located on levels two through twelve, the private offices—up to 387 square feet—include glass-paneled walls, desks, seating, Wi-Fi, and secure access, as well as shared amenities such as a receptionist, dedicated office elevators, a coffee station, and a reservable conference room equipped with video conferencing technology.

Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors by Cotofana Designs, the tower will offer studios to three-bedroom residences ranging from 452 to 1,395 square feet. Each home will feature custom Italkraft kitchen and bath cabinetry, WaterWorks fixtures, designer finishes, high-end appliances, built-in smart home technology, and private terraces.

Additional conveniences include a building and wellness concierge, smart-building technology, and curated art installations throughout the property.
