The developers behind the 848 Brickell office tower have finalized an agreement to link the new project to Miami-Dade's water and sewer system.
The agreement was officially recorded on April 15th.
As per the utilities agreement, the new tower will incorporate: 750,901 square feet of office space. 6,553 square feet designated for retail.
The developers will also be credited for demolishing 220,801 square feet of office space, thereby reducing the connection charge.
Diego Ardid signed on behalf of Key International, Inc. Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill is the design firm behind the new 51-story tower, slated to reach a height of 756 feet upon completion.
The developers are Key International and Sterling Bay.
