The Standard Residences in Midtown Miami has obtained its master permit, signaling the commencement of construction activities.
The project has achieved an impressive milestone, with 90% of its units already pre-sold.
The groundbreaking ceremony for the project was held in April 2023, and in October, Bank OZK issued a $45 million construction loan to support the development.
The Standard Residences in Midtown Miami is planned to include:
228 residential condo units
11,000 square feet of retail space
34,000 square feet of amenity space, including a rooftop lounge
Buyers will be permitted to rent their units for a minimum period of one month at a time.
