The developers of the Villa Miami tower have hired Moss Construction as the general contractor for the project. The 56-story, 650-foot-tall tower, described as an "architectural marvel," is set to break ground this summer. Villa Miami will feature a distinctive copper-colored exoskeletal design, promising to make it an iconic addition to the skyline.
“Villa Miami is an elegantly stunning concept,” said Ed Baro, Executive Vice President of Moss.
The project is a collaboration between Major Food Group, David Martin’s Terra, and One Thousand Group. Plans include a restaurant by Major Food Group, 72 residences, and a rooftop helipad. ODP is the architect.
