Construction of the 600 Miami Worldcenter tower has reached the third level, as announced by Beauchamp Construction.
In a social media update, the contractor shared an image of what they described as the first pour for the third level of the building.
This milestone comes approximately nine months after the tower’s groundbreaking ceremony, which took place in mid-March. Once completed, the 32-story tower will feature 606 fully finished and furnished residential units designed for flexible rentals.
The development will also include a 4,500-square-foot full-service restaurant. Notably, a parking garage is not part of the project.
All residential units have already been sold, and the tower's completion is slated for 2026.
