The 44-story Lofty Brickell tower is now rising in Brickell, marking progress on the One Brickell Riverfront complex. This development will eventually feature three towers, each with distinct offerings.
Lofty Brickell will house 364 residential units, all designed to accommodate short-term rentals. The second planned tower, The Standard Residences, will rise 45 stories.
A third tower, proposed to stand 59 stories tall at 730 feet, had plans submitted to the UDRB last year, rounding out the ambitious One Brickell Riverfront project.
