Developers have officially begun construction on Villa Miami, a striking 56-story residential tower in Edgewater. Rising 650 feet, the copper-clad structure promises to become a standout feature of Miami's evolving skyline.
Despite its impressive height, the tower will house only 70 exclusive condo units. Residents will enjoy access to The Copper Club, a three-story amenity space, as well as a rooftop helipad and a waterfront restaurant by Major Food Group, where they’ll receive priority seating.
The building's design is led by ODP Architects, with Moss Construction serving as the contractor. Moss recently completed the Five Park residential tower, now the tallest building in Miami Beach, ahead of schedule.
Developers of Villa Miami include Terra, led by David Martin; One Thousand Group, led by Kevin Venger, Louis Birdman, and Michael Konig; and Major Food Group, co-founded by Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone, and Rich Torrisi, with Miami partner Alex Pirez.
Seawall work began in September, and the project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.
