Toronto-based developer Great Gulf has announced plans for its latest luxury project in West Palm Beach: a 32-story condominium tower along the Intracoastal Waterway at 5400 N. Flagler Drive. This new development follows the success of La Clara, the company’s fully sold-out condo project completed in 2023.
The tower’s design is a collaboration between acclaimed local firm Spina O’Rourke + Partners, serving as executive architect, and Massachusetts-based Safdie Architects.
The three-acre site, currently home to the aging Poinsettia Club Apartments, will be transformed into a modern high-rise featuring 87 residences. The project spans 385,376 square feet and includes 204 parking spaces. Townhouses will occupy the lower levels, while the upper floors will showcase spacious condos and three luxurious penthouses with sweeping water views. Six exclusive visitor suites will also be included.
Catering to the demand for larger, high-end living spaces, the residences offer generous layouts:
- Condos: Starting at 2,131 square feet for two-bedroom units and extending up to 3,822 square feet for three-bedroom options.
- Townhouses: Ranging from 1,401 to 1,763 square feet.
- Penthouses: Offering expansive sizes of 5,217, 6,193, and a grand 10,636 square feet.
As West Palm Beach continues to attract affluent buyers and finance professionals, this project is poised to become a standout addition to the city’s thriving luxury real estate market.
