Fortune International Group and Château Group, the developers behind The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, announced today that they have secured a $418.3 million construction loan package, provided by Bank OZK. The financing ranks among the largest ever arranged for a Sunny Isles Beach real estate project.
The new loan for the under-construction, two-tower oceanfront development follows strong sales momentum and rising international interest. The South Tower is now 90% sold, while the adjacent North Tower—the second and final tower—continues to generate robust contract activity, underscoring sustained buyer demand.

Set along an unmatched 435 linear feet of oceanfront—the most of any residential development currently underway in the region—The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami is designed by the renowned architectural firm Arquitectonica, with Coastal Construction serving as the construction lead.
The South Tower, comprising 170 residences, is scheduled for completion in late 2028. The North Tower, which will include 150 residences, is slated to break ground next year. Total projected sellout for both towers exceeds $3 billion.
