Another tower at Miami Worldcenter has officially topped off.
Known as 600 Miami Worldcenter, the project broke ground in March 2024, with vertical construction commencing approximately six months later. The tower has now reached its full height of 32 stories following a top-off ceremony held in September, as contractors move forward with interior build-out.
Upon completion, 600 Miami Worldcenter will comprise 606 fully finished and furnished residential units designed to accommodate flexible rental use. All units are reported to be sold out.
The development will also include a 4,500-square-foot restaurant. Notably, the project does not include a parking garage.
If you’d like, I can adjust the tone to be more investor-focused, hospitality-forward, or construction-industry oriented.
