Domus Brickell Park is the first development in Brickell to reach its topping-off milestone this year.
With its structural framework now complete, the tower is on track to receive a temporary certificate of occupancy by late 2025, with its hotel and residences set to open in Q1 2026.
The 12-story development will feature 171 fully furnished units designed for short-term stays, with more than 60% already sold.
To commemorate this milestone, developer North Development joined general contractor Thornton Construction and exclusive sales broker Cervera Real Estate in a celebratory event.
