Brickell’s tallest-ever tower is now rising, as captured in a photo by Due Italiani a Miami.
Cipriani Residences is set to soar 80 stories high, reaching 940 feet above ground and 950 feet above sea level.
Developer Mast Capital broke ground on the project in February 2024 after securing a record-breaking $600 million construction loan—the largest single-tower residential construction loan in Florida’s history. A foundation pour followed in October 2024.
Once completed, Cipriani Residences will feature 397 luxury condominiums within a striking tower designed by Arquitectonica.
The project is scheduled for completion in 2028.
