Under the direction of Head of Culinary Chef Michaël Michaelidis, the menu offers elevated bistronomy experiences, including indulgent dishes like Caviar Linguine and Table-Side Gazpacho, expertly crafted to transport guests to the French Riviera. At CLAUDIE, every dish is paired with impeccable service, ensuring the hospitality of the South of France is felt in every moment.
Designed by OV & Co. in collaboration with renowned designer Lazaro Rosa-Violán, CLAUDIE’s interior blends refined elegance with an inviting atmosphere.
