Developer Secures Utilities for 1,360-Unit Apartment Project Near Miami Freedom Park
A developer has finalized an agreement with Miami-Dade’s Water & Sewer Department to provide utilities for a large, multi-phase apartment development currently listed as Palmer Lake.
According to the newly recorded utilities agreement, the project will feature:
- 1,360 apartments
- 53,880 square feet of full-service restaurant space
- A marina with 17 boat slips
The development will be built in three phases:
- Phase 1 – 330 apartments
- Phase 2 – 530 apartments
- Phase 3 – 500 apartments
Lissette Calderon signed the agreement on behalf of the development entity. The project is being designed by Behar Font, with Neology as the developer.
