Mercedes-Benz and JDS Development Group have officially launched sales for Tower 2 at Mercedes-Benz Places.
The 67-story tower, currently under construction, is designed to reflect the signature aesthetic of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
“We are bringing our deep-rooted automotive design expertise into architecture, creating a bold and timeless statement,” said Gorden Wagener, Chief Design Officer of Mercedes-Benz Group AG.
Sales have been strong so far. Following the initial release of Tower 1 in early 2024, 100 residences were sold within just four days.
Mercedes-Benz Places will feature approximately 800 residences, ranging from studios to three-bedroom condominiums. The development will also include 130,000 square feet of amenities and hospitality space, along with 250,000 square feet for offices, health and fitness facilities, and a 174-key hotel.
Occupancy is projected for 2027.
