Ytech, the development firm led by Yamal Yidios, has received master permit approval for The Residences at 1428 Brickell, marking a major milestone for the highly anticipated project. Since launching in January 2023, the development has seen strong sales, reinforcing its appeal in Miami’s luxury real estate market.

The 70-story, 195-residence tower will be Brickell’s first high-rise residential building partially powered by solar energy. Its west-facing façade will feature 500 photovoltaic-integrated windows, forming a “Solar Backbone” with nearly 20,000 square feet of energy-generating glass.
