Miami’s Building Department has approved a revised demolition permit for the Santander Tower site in Brickell.
The latest revision was granted on January 31, marking the second modification to the permit, following a previous approval in December.
In January, a dewatering permit application was also submitted to Miami-Dade, with Coastal Construction listed as the contractor.
Meanwhile, the master construction permit for the new tower is currently under review. Initially submitted in October, the permit entered the corrections phase after the review process began in November.
