Terra, One Thousand Group, and Major Food Group (MFG) have reached a major construction milestone at Villa Miami, the highly anticipated branded residential tower now rising 21 stories above Biscayne Bay. The 56-story, 650-foot waterfront landmark features architecture by ODP Architects and interiors by AD100 designer Vicky Charles. Scheduled for completion in late 2027, Villa Miami is poised to become a defining presence on the Edgewater skyline, further solidifying the neighborhood’s emergence as Miami’s next premier luxury enclave.
The tower will comprise just 70 half- and full-floor residences, each offering sweeping panoramic views of Biscayne Bay. Recently unveiled was the project’s $55 million penthouse—an impeccably finished and fully designed “estate in the sky” crowning the building.

Villa Miami marks Major Food Group’s first branded residential tower, extending the influence of the acclaimed hospitality group—known for CARBONE, ZZ’s Club, Torrisi Bar & Restaurant, Sadelle’s, Dirty French Steakhouse, and more—into the realm of luxury living. MFG has curated every aspect of the resident experience, from culinary programming to interior sensibilities, anchored by The Copper Club, a three-level private amenity suite featuring dining rooms, lounges, a screening room, salon, wellness facilities, and a rooftop helipad. A signature waterfront restaurant by MFG at ground level will offer residents VIP access and priority reservations.
