Nexo Residences in North Miami Beach has unveiled new renderings of its townhome collection, offering a closer look at a residential concept that combines the space and privacy of a single-family home with the flexibility of a short-term rental community. As rising insurance costs, maintenance expenses, and property management demands continue to influence buyer decision-making, these townhomes present a low-maintenance alternative designed for families, end users, and investors seeking additional space without sacrificing full-service amenities or lock-and-leave convenience.

Developed by Fortune International Group in partnership with Blue Road, the townhomes allow seasonal rental flexibility of three months or longer, up to three times per year—creating an attractive opportunity for home sharing. Each residence is fully furnished, move-in ready, and enhanced with digital features such as keyless entry for added ease and security.

The turnkey townhomes feature expansive two-story layouts, private terraces with summer kitchens, and dramatic 15-foot floor-to-ceiling windows on the first level, with pricing beginning at $1.23 million. Floor plans include three- and four-bedroom residences ranging from 1,547 to 2,094 interior square feet, all positioned at ground level along Highland Drive within the building’s podium.
