The tower is envisioned by conceptual architect Carlos Ott in collaboration with architectural firm CUBE 3, with interiors designed by award-winning studio Meyer Davis. The project blends contemporary architecture with Delano’s distinctive design identity, creating an immersive residential environment defined by elegance and atmosphere. Studio through three-bedroom residences will feature Italian-crafted Italkraft kitchens, fully integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, custom bathroom cabinetry and Waterworks fixtures, built-out closets, advanced smart home technology, and refined contemporary lighting schemes.
