Five Park has completed its construction, securing the status as the tallest building on South Beach. The announcement comes with the exciting news that move-ins are scheduled for 2024 (Dec 2023)

CEOs of Terra and GFO Investments have successfully concluded the construction of Five Park Miami Beach, marking the exclusive debut of the only high-rise residential condominium in South Beach this year. Positioned as a distinctive visual landmark at the entrance to Miami Beach, this development combines a substantial residential tower with the adjacent three-acre Canopy Park and the artistically designed Canopy Bridge.

The CEO of Terra sees Five Park as a transformative development for South Beach, representing the area's progression into a center for culture, design, and resilience. Jay Phillip Parker, President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida, shares this perspective, emphasizing Five Park's distinctive location that links the South of Fifth neighborhood with the West Avenue district and its exceptional quality, setting it apart from other developments in recent years.

Soaring 48 stories at the Miami Beach perimeter, Five Park presents 50,000 square feet of varied amenity spaces, notably The Park Club on the 6th floor. This club encompasses a generous pool, a café terrace, wellness and work zones, and entertainment spaces. At ground level, the Canopy Park offers a tranquil retreat with a botanic garden, playground, dog park, and event lawn.

The emphasis on the project lies in its pivotal role in reshaping residential living in South Beach. This strategic market entry is attributed to the team's confidence in the neighborhood's trajectory and the enduring resilience of the Miami market as a whole.

The design and architecture of Five Park have been crafted through collaborations with distinguished industry figures. These include Gabellini Shepard for interior design, Arquitectonica for architectural planning, Anda Andrei for design oversight, Daniel Buren for conceptual art, and Sarah Harrelson of Cultured Magazine for interior art curation.

The upcoming Canopy Bridge, set for groundbreaking in early 2024 and designed by Daniel Buren, will be a 158-foot-long enclosed pedestrian bridge connecting Five Park to the South of Fifth neighborhood, adding a unique structural and artistic element to the development.
