Another high-rise has reached its peak in Brickell.
The 45-story Viceroy Brickell was initially reported to have topped off in late October. Now, new photos from Due Italiani a Miami reveal the upper roof structure of the tower taking shape.
Once completed, Viceroy Brickell will feature 420 residential condominiums along with a range of amenities.
Adjacent to the Viceroy, the 75-story Baccarat Residences is currently under construction on the south side of the same property, while a third tower is planned for the future.
Meanwhile, the developers of the complex presented a preservation action plan to Miami’s Historic and Environmental Preservation Board yesterday in response to prehistoric remains discovered at the site. The plan includes integrating a riverwalk connection to the Miami Circle property.
