City of Miami to Break Ground on New Administrative Building at Freedom Park
The City of Miami is set to break ground next week on its new administration building within the Miami Freedom Park development.
The eight-story City of Miami Administrative Building will span over 382,592 square feet and feature an attached parking garage with capacity for 889 vehicles.
Designed by Arquitectonica, the project is being developed by Adler Development, with Moss Construction serving as the general contractor.
The groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for January 15, and the building is expected to be completed by late 2027.
Part of the 130-acre Miami Freedom Park complex, the site will also include a soccer stadium for Inter Miami, a 58-acre public park, and additional developments. The complex was previously a golf course.
Miami’s current administrative offices are located in downtown Miami.
