National developers PMG and LNDMRK Development have unveiled the first-ever Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences, a striking new residential landmark set in the heart of Miami’s cultural epicenter, Wynwood. Inspired by the life and artistry of Frida Kahlo, and designed by Carlos Ott in collaboration with CUBE 3, the sculptural development will feature 244 luxury residences, with select homes including a deeded private office suite. At street level, Baker Health, a New York–based concierge primary care and holistic wellness platform, will open its first Florida location—offering residents exclusive, 24/7 access to on-demand healthcare. PMG Residential will lead exclusive sales for the project.
“Wynwood has long stood at the core of Miami’s arts community, defined by a bold creative energy and self-assured edge that mirrors the fearless spirit of Frida Kahlo,” said Ryan Shear, Managing Partner at PMG. “This landmark residence unites her legacy with the visionary architectural approach of Carlos Ott and the comprehensive wellness offerings of Baker Health to create a lifestyle rooted in creativity and expression. We’re proud to collaborate with these exceptional teams to bring their collective vision to life.”
The project’s concept design is led by Carlos Ott, the internationally acclaimed architect and conceptual artist known for translating bold ideas into iconic, sculptural forms, in collaboration with CUBE 3. Interiors by Cotofana Designs balance fine artistry with purposeful design, offering a collection of fully finished and furnished studios through three-bedroom residences. Homes will feature built-out closets in primary bedrooms, premium appliance packages, fully integrated kitchens with custom countertops and backsplashes, and spa-inspired bathrooms with modern fixtures and bespoke cabinetry. Each residence will also include in-unit washers and dryers, a contemporary lighting package, and select layouts with spacious dens and private balconies overlooking Wynwood. In support of the neighborhood’s continued evolution as a creative hub, select residences will be paired with deeded office suites designed for collaboration, inspiration, or quiet focus.
“The architecture of Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences balances softness and strength, using graceful curves to create a form that feels resilient, expressive, and deeply human,” said Carlos Ott. “The building is designed to celebrate life and its surroundings, delivering a bold structure that is both artistic and inviting.”
Aligned with PMG’s mission to create inspired living environments, the development has partnered with Baker Health to provide residents with direct access to a comprehensive suite of personalized, hospitality-driven healthcare services. Baker Health’s preventive model eliminates traditional barriers to care, offering seamless support for both everyday and urgent medical needs. As a resident benefit, homeowners will receive a complimentary Baker Health concierge membership for their first year, followed by exclusive preferred rates thereafter.
“Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences’ emphasis on art, wellness, and architectural integrity reflects Wynwood’s continued evolution,” said Alex Karakhanian, Principal of LNDMRK Development. “With its focus on residential quality, flexible office space, and strong design, the project is well positioned for the neighborhood’s next chapter. We value our partnership with PMG and look forward to delivering another meaningful residential addition to Wynwood.”
Beyond the residences, the project offers a carefully curated suite of amenities where creative inspiration meets elevated living. Outdoor spaces include a resort-style pool, shaded lounges set within lush landscaping, and a vibrant outdoor bar and social lounge. Indoors, residents will enjoy a signature thermal circuit featuring steam and sauna rooms, treatment spaces, and a cold plunge designed to restore and rejuvenate. A state-of-the-art fitness studio equipped with the latest technology supports an active lifestyle, while a speakeasy-style lobby bar and additional communal spaces showcase curated art installations honoring Wynwood’s artistic legacy. Short-term rental flexibility will also be available, offering owners added versatility.
Located in the heart of the Wynwood Arts District, residents will be immersed in one of Miami’s most dynamic cultural landscapes, surrounded by galleries, boutiques, renowned street art, and landmark destinations such as Wynwood Walls, the Museum of Graffiti, and The Margulies Collection at the Warehouse, alongside acclaimed dining, markets, parks, and cafés.
