PMG Residential will lead exclusive sales for the project.

The project’s concept design is led by Carlos Ott, the internationally acclaimed architect and conceptual artist known for translating bold ideas into iconic, sculptural forms, in collaboration with CUBE 3. Interiors by Cotofana Designs balance fine artistry with purposeful design, offering a collection of fully finished and furnished studios through three-bedroom residences. Homes will feature built-out closets in primary bedrooms, premium appliance packages, fully integrated kitchens with custom countertops and backsplashes, and spa-inspired bathrooms with modern fixtures and bespoke cabinetry. Each residence will also include in-unit washers and dryers, a contemporary lighting package, and select layouts with spacious dens and private balconies overlooking Wynwood. In support of the neighborhood’s continued evolution as a creative hub, select residences will be paired with deeded office suites designed for collaboration, inspiration, or quiet focus.
