Rising in the heart of Miami’s Arts District, the sculptural tower—designed by Carlos Ott in collaboration with CUBE 3—will introduce 244 luxury residences to Wynwood’s cultural core.
The project follows a milestone moment for Kahlo’s legacy, marked by the record-breaking $55 million sale of one of her self-portraits at Sotheby’s and the recent opening of Museo Casa Kahlo in Mexico City.
