July 2024 - Construction Progressing at Excel Miami Site, Which Will Feature 424 Residential Units

Site work has commenced at the Excel Miami location, as reported by Ryan RC Rea. The city issued a site work permit for the property on June 19 and a tree permit on June 25. The master permit for the new tower and a phased vertical permit are still under review.

Excel Miami is planned to rise 24 stories and will feature:

424 residential units, including 216 micro-units
128 parking spaces across four levels of garage

Arquitectonica is the design architect, with Leo A Daly serving as the architect of record. Clearline is the developer for the project.
