July 2024 - Developer Launches 32-Story Condo in Downtown Miami, Set for Completion in 2027

GFO Investments is launching sales for a new condo tower called 14 ROC. The 32-story development will feature 283 units with flexible rental options. Unit sizes will range from 410 to 964 square feet, with prices starting at $495,000. The tower is designed by RSP Architects, with interiors by March and White Design, and landscaping by Urban Robot Associates. Cervera Real Estate is managing sales and marketing.

 

GFO recently completed the Gale Miami Hotel & Residences nearby, which opened on July 1. "The tremendous reception of Gale Miami Hotel & Residences ignited our passion for another project with Cervera Real Estate," said Marisa Galbut, President of GFO Investments.
