The first glass has been installed on an apartment tower under construction at 222 North Miami Avenue in downtown Miami. The building is expected to top off at 43 stories, or 448 feet, and will feature 680 apartments upon completion.
Additionally, a second 43-story tower is planned for the property, which will bring the total apartment count to 1,394 units. The two buildings will share 336 parking spaces, equating to less than one space for every four apartments.
